We operate on a first come basis, so long as the villa is available for the dates you require we will offer our best current rate and hold that price for 14 working days from the date an email quote is sent by us. For vacation periods longer than 21 days special rates are available.

On your accepting a quote from us we will provide a 7 working days provisional reservation. We do advise all potential guests to confirm their intention within the offer period to avoid disappointment deposits are required to secure a confirmed rental.

For the reasons given below and to allow ‘a best price every time guarantee’ we do not provide rental rates on this site:
