In the event of outside air temperatures falling below 55oF the pool heater will be turned off to protect the heating system. Refunds will only be made for those days where the pool heating is turned off, and confirmed as such, by the owner’s representative. Every effort is made to ensure a comfortable temperature is achieved; the heater temperature is pre-set to a comfortable 80oF. No refunds will be considered on those occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, where the pool heat falls below, or fails to reach a guests pre conceived ideal.
