Had a fantastic fortnight here – enjoyed
Disney parks and Sea World, Aquatica was lovely and clean but very pricy once
inside.. We ate at a variety of Ponderosas and had 3 lovely evening meals at

Comment: This was our first experience of renting a villa and I have to say it
was wonderful. The villa was luxury itself and everything was very clean, the
pool area was very relaxing with great view on the golf course and the children
spent hours in the water. Even though we only cooked 2 meals during our 3 weeks
stay, we must say that the kitchen is very well equipped. We do have to
recommend one special restaurant, offering great food at a very reasonable
price: Manny's is only 5 minutes away, we went several times and we were never
disappointed. We went to Universal Studios and Sea World but also to Cape
Canaveral and Daytona Beach. We also went to Clearwater beach where we saw
dolphins and had a great day. We would like to thank Alan and Gail for giving
us the opportunity to spend a fantastic time in Florida, they are very nice
people and very helpful. We will surely recommend this villa to all our
friends.

We had a fantastic holiday shame it went so
quick!!We did all the theme parks its very
expensive inside so take some food with you. Swam in your lovely pool everyday
as the weather was soooo HOT ! Lovely villa was so nice to come back to after a
day at the parks. ‘We’ll never stay in a hotel again’!! See you next year.

Comment: Had a wonderful time for a week in late Oct with our 2 kids aged 9 and
11. The villa was perfect - spacious, clean, beautifully appointed, well
stocked with every appliance you could want and with a lovely pool. It was a
little oasis following 3 solid weeks of travel in the US. Having 24hr Walmart
virtually at our doorstep was great. The villa was a great launching pad for
Disneyworld (only 25 minutes by car) and Cape Canaveral and for Cirque du
Soleil. We would absolutely come back.

Comment: We have spent 2 fantastic weeks staying at your villa and found it and
it's location to be perfect in every way. We have visited all the parks whilst
we have been here and the house has been a great base. It is really well

i had such a great time staying in your beautiful home, the weather was
fantastic. i had such a chilled out week here, just what i needed after
finishing Uni in Leeds. got myself to afew parks SeaWorld and Universal
studios/ islands of adventure. the hulk ride is still the best ride in Orlando
by far i also managed to get out and watch the England vs USA World Cup game. in
a very nice pub called 'the shamrock' shame about the 1-1 draw. however i did
watch the game with Kevin Keegan and the 'REAL' Brian Robson. Thank you for a

The Villa was perfect, everything we imagined and more. What an ideal base to
locate yourself and enjoy everything that Florida can offer you. Out of all the
Parks SeaWorld was the most entertaining with plenty to see and do. After a
hard day at the beach or the park the Villa offers the perfect place to relax,
it really is like a home from home. I whole heartedly recommend it. You really
won't want to stay at a hotel ever again. July-August 2010 (3 weeks)

Comment: came to the villa for Easter 2011 we
had a fantastic time, the villa was perfect, everything we needed. We did 9
parks in 14 days and although it was busy it was always lovely to come
"home". The pool was a fantastic way to cool down and the children
loved it, we have already recommended this villa to ours friends and several
have already shown interest in coming. We would definitely recommend using
Alan’s Sat Nav it helped massively, didn't get lost once!!!

Comment: We have had a fantastic time in Florida once again. The villa suited
us down to the ground, the best we have stayed in during our 5 visits to
Florida. We also took your advice and visited Gaylord Palms resort for a meal
and cocktails on board the ship - the whole family enjoyed it. We also had a
couple of meals at Mannys Chop House, really good value and good choice of food
especially the top sirloin steak - happy hour 4-7pm, we walked the 2nd time and
all had a couple of drinks took around 25 minutes each way.
All sad to go home today, already planning to return in 2 years and will
hopefully be booking your villa again, THANK YOU

Comment: We lucked out when we came across Gail and Alan's place on the
internet for a base for our relaxing Florida holiday.
Not to challenging for us, just a trip to Dino-world and the T-Rex cafe outside
Disney for our Dino mad tinies.
The rest of the time we just hung out here getting our fix of all things USA,
pancakes for breakfast (Winn-Dixies box mix) and the rest of the day in the
pool!!

Comment: We were recommended to Alan & Gail's by a golfing friend who has
been regularly coming every year for the last 6 years. we were very glad that
we took his advice!
This is our fifth visit to the Orlando area and each time we have stayed in
private villas. We think Alan & Gail have done a great job in making this
one a real 'home from home', so well done! We had a great time though we had to
pack so much in our - daugther and niece had to do every park of course and we
even did SKY COASTER in old Kissimmee. Its definately and OMG experience. Even
hurricane ISAAC didnt dampen our enthusiasm! The umbrellas in the cupboard came
in very useful by the way. All in all a very comfortable stay and we'd love to

your villa. We've taken the children to the Worlds 'Despicable Me' is a scream
(Universal Studios). Had a lovely swim at Melbourne Beach today. The water was
warm and clean - NICE! We tried Fiesta Mexican in Haines City it was good,

Comment: I would like to thanks Alan and Gail for all their advice which they
gave to me the villa was one of the nicest villa's we have ever stayed in. It
was very clean and the rooms were very large. we had great days round the pool
which overlooked a golf course which if you're a golfer is a bonus Southern
Dunes itself is a security gated complex which has a very nice clubhouse. The
villa is ideal located for the theme parks. Just across the road is a
parade of supermarkets and places to eat.

Comment: We all had a wonderful time. The villa was great and the pool was
amazing a greatly used. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the villa and the

Thank you so much Alan and Gail for allowing us to rent and stay in your
beautiful home in Southern Dunes. We love that the back yard has sun most of
the day but also had a covered area to eat and be in the shade. It was also
nice that the side had privacy lattice between the house and bushes. The house
was well stocked with supplies and very clean. It was great to have the high
chair and playpen there for our use too. We love that everything is so close to
southern dunes. Walmart, win Dixie and lots of restaurants. We also took
advantage of going to Eva park to play . Disney and Lego land are a short drive
